About the Role:

One Sixty International is seeking experienced non-profit fundraisers/canvassers to join our team in a Team Lead position.

We partner with charity and non profit organizations (including the ASPCA, Children International, and The Nature Conservancy) to help them seek out and onboard recurring donors. As a Team Lead, you would use your experience and leadership to guide the team to inspire quality donors for our non-profit partners.

You will bring enthusiasm, experience and guidance to our teams. You will be performance driven and motivated, and will lead from the front. You will be an activist at heart, with the unshakeable belief that every conversation can change the world.

PLEASE NOTE: Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising is essential for this position.

Requirements:

• Previous fundraising/canvassing experience for non-profits (ESSENTIAL)
• Ability to work full time (Tuesday to Saturday 10am-6pm)
• Exceptional team player and demonstrated leadership in the face-to-face fundraising sector
• Ability to inspire and motivate others
• Creativity and outside the box thinking for a fast growing company!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
