Fundraising Director directs an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Leads donor stewardship and relations to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Fundraising Director researches and identifies potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Fundraising Director uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Fundraising Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Fundraising Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the School with the School Director, and achieving Learning Care Group’s safety vision of “No One Gets Hurt.”  In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the safe and effective operation of the School.  The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under his/her care; and assists with a variety of administrative tasks and opening/closing the School at least 50% of the time.

    • Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children and parents.

    Job Requirements:

    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Must have previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed child care facility.
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.
