Fundraising Manager manages an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Implements donor stewardship programs to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Fundraising Manager works to develop potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Fundraising Manager uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Fundraising Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Fundraising Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Overview:

    The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative and clerical support for the Department. Greets guests and answers phone calls in a positive, friendly way and directs them in a professional and timely manner. Completes tasks in an organized and efficient way.

    What you'll do:

    • ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
      • General office support (correspondence, supplies, facility requests)*
      • Calendar support for VP, MarCom and MarCom and Philanthropy Directors*
      • Process invoices for MarCom, Philanthropy, and Volunteer departments*
      • Manage time and attendance for MarCom and Foundation departments
      • Pull annual community benefit hours from database and pass to finance for 990
      • Support departmental meetings by preparing agendas and providing meeting support as needed*
    • MARKETING AND CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
      • Track advertising expenses by service line, including sponsorships*
      • Maintain contact list for key community stakeholders and schedule outreach for VP*
      • Distribute approved messages to internal stakeholders (backup to directors)
      • Assist with special projects*
    • FUNDRAISING
      • Logs all Foundation Gifts, donations and thank you for activity coordination*
      • Generates Foundation Acknowledgement letters and tracking*
      • Philanthropy event and appeal support

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Education - High school diploma
    • Experience - 3 years office experience preferred
    • Licensure - n/a
    • Physical Requirements - Repetitive use of hands and fingers (e.g. use of computer keyboard). May require light lifting and carrying - including but not limited to boxes and equipment, stooping and kneeling (e.g. to pick up items from the floor, to remove and replace items on lowers shelves, and to file documents in the lower file drawers), and sitting for long periods of time.
