Fundraising Manager manages an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Implements donor stewardship programs to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Fundraising Manager works to develop potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Fundraising Manager uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Fundraising Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. We are seeking friendly, energetic, self motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent human relation, customer service, communication, time management, and organization skills to join our team as "Golf Event Specialists" and become part of the golf industry. As a "Specialist" you will work with golf course Pros, GMs, charity golf event committees including Veteran, First Responder, community charities, schools, etc. to introduce them to our programs and enhance their event. You will organize and facilitate oncourse fundraising opportunities and relationships to support our Veterans and First Responders as part of The Hero Program as well as new opportunities to support community events and charities through golf. You will serve as the main point of contact and expert resource for golf event organizers. You will have the opportunity to represent Krank Golf with sales and build and mange your own team if desired.
This is a unique commission based opportunity with several options to best meet your financial and personal goals.
Prior experience with planning golf tournaments, fundraising, sales, and event management are preferred.
