Fundraising Manager manages an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Implements donor stewardship programs to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Fundraising Manager works to develop potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Fundraising Manager uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Fundraising Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Fundraising Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Key Responsibilities:
Aesthetic Injector:
- Perform cosmetic injectable procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and collagen-stimulating agents.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment options.
- Create customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records.
- Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and injectable techniques.
- Provide compassionate and supportive care throughout the patient's aesthetic journey.
Operations Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Maintain inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies, ordering as needed.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal coverage and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe environment.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold high standards of service.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
