Fundraising Manager manages an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Implements donor stewardship programs to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Fundraising Manager works to develop potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Fundraising Manager uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Fundraising Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Fundraising Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Fundraising Account Representative Summary:

    Fundraising Account Representatives are responsible for upholding the Company's brand image and providing exceptional support to Club Partners. They are responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within the national youth sports market. The main tasks in this position include making sales calls, achieving or surpassing pre-established sales targets, and contributing to the Company's profitability. This role requires high ownership, expertise in the youth sports market, trend analysis, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Effective communication with clients and internal team members is crucial for success in this position in addition to operating with integrity and respect.

    General Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Generate new leads by networking, attending trade shows/marketing events, cold calling, researching various sports directories, etc.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Club Partners, Coaches, and Group Leaders by understanding their unique challenges and providing resources to maximize fundraising program success.
    • Assist with fundraising app/website troubleshooting and answering frequently asked questions.
    • Present fundraising program details in a digestible and enthusiastic manner; helping to create a warm picture of the benefits of business partnership.
    • Close sales and achieve/exceed monthly targets.
    • Serve as a TEAM BUTTER ® fundraising expert by educating decision-makers and establishing rapport with fundraising participants in your assigned territory.
    • Represent the Team Butter brand by embodying the company's values daily, including excellent customer service, accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
    • Approach market demands with a positive, can-do mindset.
    • Be flexible and willing to work beyond regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
    • Complete all assigned tasks and projects as directed by the leadership team.

    Required Skills & Characteristics:

    • Self-motivated, demonstrated initiative, and works well with little direction.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Coachable and open to asking questions, adopting feedback, and improving sales techniques.
    • Experience with Salesforce or other related industry (CRM) technology.
    • Strong influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred (marketing, sports management, business administration, communications, etc.).
    • No experience required; 1-3 years prior sales, fundraising, client relations, or marketing experience in a similar position preferred.
