Job Summary:

We are a national fundraising company looking for a Territory Manager to operate the North Boston market. Custom Fundraising Solutions (CFS) is a leader in the fundraising industry and is known for our unique business model of one-day sales of high-margin products with repeat clients in a defined geographic region, which to date has raised over $60 million for schools and groups nationwide.

The Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations including prospecting, day-of-sale operations, post-event logistics (deliveries) and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Execute an average of 30-50 one-day sales.
• Seek out and curate relationships with 30-50 schools and organizations in the defined territory.
• Seek out and define the fundraising goals of the group.
• Provide marketing of fundraiser through print, digital, social, and text communication.
• Operate a mobile mattress showroom, complete with staff.
• Manage operations and logistics for ordering and delivery of products: business operations can be run from a home-based office but also require a small warehouse facility or third-party vendor to provide storage, logistics, and delivery services.
• Provide outstanding customer support to the hosting organization and end consumers.
• Present funds raised to the organization in a fun, timely manner and secure a date for the next annual event.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of the North Boston area
- Experience in furniture sales is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prospect via cold calls and in-person meetings
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,500.00 - $150,000.00 per year
