Fundraising Manager manages an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Implements donor stewardship programs to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Fundraising Manager works to develop potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. We are a national fundraising company looking for a Territory Manager to operate the North Boston market. Custom Fundraising Solutions (CFS) is a leader in the fundraising industry and is known for our unique business model of one-day sales of high-margin products with repeat clients in a defined geographic region, which to date has raised over $60 million for schools and groups nationwide.
The Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations including prospecting, day-of-sale operations, post-event logistics (deliveries) and customer service.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of the North Boston area
- Experience in furniture sales is highly desirable
