Fundraising Manager manages an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Implements donor stewardship programs to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Fundraising Manager works to develop potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Fundraising Manager uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Fundraising Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Mission Advancement Manager is responsible for directing all aspects of corporate and employee engagement, advertising and fundraising campaigns, and stewardship of individual donors within the assigned portfolio. The position will establish, grow, and strengthen relationships with employers, donors, and internal leadership/influencers to maximize engagement and giving through corporate social responsibility. This position will work with corporate volunteers to create an effective team in building donor relationships and establishing and meeting fundraising goals.
