Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search fora Digital Fundraising Manager for immediate hire for our client, a wonderful Nonprofit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid and support to communities in need! This is an exciting Full-Time, Direct-Hire opportunity located onsite in Alexandria, Virginia!

As the Digital Fundraising Manager, you will report to the Development Director and oversee the development and implementation of omnichannel digital campaigns to achieve revenue goals, while also fostering agency relationships and enhancing CRM utilization for increased engagement and fundraising success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Craft and execute monthly omnichannel fundraising communications and campaigns, encompassing email, website, paid and organic social media, and digital display.
• Explore and implement novel digital media strategies using internal agency data and industry best practices in digital communications.
• Facilitate the coordination of agency relationships to devise cohesive content plans and facilitate the deployment of campaign assets.
• Aid in the formulation and oversight of the digital fundraising budget.
• Utilize tracking and reporting tools across digital platforms like Google Analytics, Agorapulse Analytics, and META Analytics.
• Establish metrics and generate reports showcasing fundraising and engagement achievements, monitoring overall revenue increases and key benchmark metrics.
• Identify patterns and insights, adjusting fundraising expenditure and performance based on these findings.
• Expand the functionality of CRM tools to refine messaging to the subscriber base.
• Develop and implement all email fundraising and engagement content for affiliates.
• Oversee all digital (e.g., YouTube, META, P2P) engagement and fundraising content for affiliates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
• 3 years of Customer Management Platform experience
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Agorapulse Analytics, and META Analytics
• Experience with omnichannel digital fundraising
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for campaign optimization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and problem-solve independently as well as build relationships

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
