The Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs all mechanical elements, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities and ground of the property. The position works toward the common goal of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.
Job Responsibilities Include:

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain facility's equipment.
• Ensure all service requests are completed properly and in a timely manner, including after-hours requests.
• Execute the turnover of units and make-readies for new residents.
• Assist in the daily clean up of the exterior of the community including grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company, property, and maintenance policies, including attending all required training.
• Provide care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the company.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on property equipment.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
