May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Furniture Finisher is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Mystic Powerboats is hiring for an experienced marine finisher who has a background in shaping, sanding, compound application, and the proper use of chemicals. Must have experience in buffing gelcoat along with a full understanding of fiberglass repair. Must have a strong eye for the details. THIS POSTION WILL PROVIDE THE TOP PAY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON.
