Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Furniture Showroom Merchandise Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up store displays consistent with our brand image, collaborating with buyers and the visual display team, coordinating merchandise transfers, and maintaining inventory across multiple locations. Additionally, this role will involve communicating with store managers regarding changes and concerns, as well as coordinating monthly photoshoots for web content.

Responsibilities:

• Set up store displays in accordance with company standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with buyers and the visual display team to ensure cohesive merchandising strategies
• Coordinate merchandise transfers between locations as needed
• Communicate regularly with store managers to address concerns and implement changes
• Maintain accurate inventory records for multiple locations
• Coordinate monthly photoshoots for web content, ensuring timely and high-quality visuals
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Passion for furniture design and interior decoration
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to changing daily responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in furniture retail or interior design
• Experience with inventory management systems is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
