shift finisher, $13.50 to train on 1
shift, then when move to 2
shift with premium $.75 / hour
Full time pay $13.50 sitting all day, 8 hour shifts, some OT possible,

Practices safe work habits according to documented finishing practices.
Maintains an organized work space daily, including cleaning table surfaces and
proactively moving materials and carts for optimum use of space.
Completes jobs , including documentations of appropriate inspections according to work
instructions.
Works closely with press operators to produce product with zero defects.
Notifies quality in the event that any nonconforming condition occurs. Initiates and
contains any product that may jeopardize customer satisfaction . Fills out appropriate paperwork for containment activities.
Submits material requisition forms for any supplies required to minimize downtime and assure efficiency.
Works with team members to accomplish goals and to recommend improvements in both product and process.
Other requirements :
High school diploma or GED
Eye for detail, positive attitude, willingness to learn
