Cascade Mattress & Bedroom Furniture is searching for a full time sales associate to confidently assist customers in finding the best mattress and furniture for a great nights rest.

We are a customer-needs focused, local store, working to build relationships and happy, well rested, customers and friends.

Hourly, plus commission, plus bonuses.

Retail sales expert (Not cashier experience. We are searching for interactive sales expert to assist clients) or automotive sales experience required. Please provide your successful sales history and references.

Our new team member will be responsible to open and close five days a week in either the Redmond or Bend showrooms.

Requirements:

Professional, tidy, articulate
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Motivated, enthusiastic, ready to help customers
Good oral, written and phone skills
Computer: Point of sale programs, Quickbooks or similar
Clean background check, Illegal drug free required

• Yes

Pay frequency:

• Every other week

Management:

• Store Manager and local owner

Typical end time:

• 6PM

Typical start time:

• 10AM
