May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Furniture Finisher is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities involve engaging with customers to identify their furniture needs, responding to product inquiries and guiding customers in their purchase decisions to ensure satisfaction. A successful candidate will be well-versed in the latest product features and committed to maintaining the stores aesthetic standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while contributing to the store's sales objectives.
This position will be based out of our Leominster store, however it may require occasional shifts worked at our Gardner store. Weekend and evening availability is a must.
