Role and Responsibilities

• Provide GIS-related support functions for projects and organizational tasks.

• Create, update, organize, and maintain GIS data and mapping.

• Operate GPS location equipment.

• Project Support: Assist in various projects across departments, providing support in research, analysis, and documentation.

•  Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the intricacies of our projects and contribute to team discussions.

• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data relevant to ongoing projects, providing insights and recommendations.

•  Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative duties related to ongoing projects.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• Enrolled in a higher education degree program related to geography, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proactive and self-motivated individuals who can take initiative and contribute innovative ideas.

• Proficiency in ESRI suite.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Notes

Could potentially assist with Asset management, Field Work, & Lead Service Line Applications.
