    This position at our headquarter branch location in Torrance, CA Enagic is a Japan-based leading manufacturer of alkaline ionizers and water filtration machines.  Enagic distributes its products through a network of independent contractor sales represents through a multilevel (network) marketing business model.
     
    Job Overview
    Responsible for updating and maintaining financial records, reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts reconciliation, processing journal entries,
    and other duties assigned by management as needed.
     
    Responsibilities and duties
    • Support uploading non-automatic sales entries and payments to the company’s enterprise system;
    • Reconcile revenue bank accounts and Cash/Check clearing accounts;
    • Cash/Check deposit in bank and remote deposit, entering payments to Accounting systems; 
    • Research on unmatched payments or deductions and apply them to correct customer/vendor accounts;
    • Handle chargeback disputes: look up sales status and details, gather backup documents, submit to the bank in a timely matter, and enter deductions or reversals into the Accounting system;
    • Prepare accurate and appropriate responses to disputes;
    • Outstanding commission checks research and clearing in the Accounting system;
    • Keep manager updated on outstanding issues for month-end reporting;
    • Performs other related duties as needed and assigned by the department.
    Qualification
     
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting-related field or equivalent preferred;
    • 1-2 years of accounting clerk experience preferred;
    • SAP, SAP Hanna, QuickBooks experience preferred;
    • Good communication skills (verbal and written);
    • Independent thinking and problem-solving skills;
    • Able to work independently and team player;
    • Fast learner;
    • Meets deadlines;
    • Willing to learn and grow with the company.
