Being a General Laborer assembles and disassembles machines, tools, and other work-related equipment. Assists engineers and a variety of other functions with manual labor tasks as needed. Additionally, General Laborer may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The General Laborer works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. - Machinery Operation: Operate assigned machinery and equipment according to Operational Standard Work to produce units or handle materials.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and practices, use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensure machinery safety features are functional.
- Quality Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, performing general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Operational Adherence: Follow the facilitys rules and procedures, and perform operations assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Candidate Qualifications:- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently; strong attention to detail; physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Certifications: Any relevant safety or equipment operation certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
