SUMMARY/OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks at the Corporate office and surrounding grounds. The General laborer is required to work outside in all kinds of weather or in buildings without heating or air conditioning. Some tasks are dangerous, including removing hazardous material.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs outdoor ground maintenance such as pickup and cleaning; loading and delivering materials; mowing; weeding/edging; and using a variety of tools, hand power tools, equipment, and machinery such as lawnmowers, weed eaters, edger, forklifts, power drills, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
• Collects trash, debris, and other waste to keep the grounds clean and safe.
• Operates vehicles and motorized equipment in a safe manner.
• Performs manual duties set out by supervisors.
• Provides support to the Procurement/Logistics team.
• Loads or unloads building materials to be used at the corporate office and on various projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Community College, Trade School, Technical Degree, or certification, preferred.

• Valid Driver s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
