Yard Maintenance Technician / General Laborer Job Summary:- Laborers are focused on the general upkeep and maintenance of our yard/site in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to function a smart device and adapt to our inventory technology.
- A typical workday begins at 7:00 am and ends at 3:30pm with shifts on Monday -Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Pressure washing (90%) and repairing, sorting, and inspecting of waste/recycling containers (10%)
- Inventory management of waste/recycling containers (includes data entry)
- Operating forklifts is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:- Pushing, pulling, and lifting 50 pounds or more
- Pushing or pulling up to 450 pounds on wheels.
- Valid driver license
