Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing machinery, equipment, and structures; troubleshooting issues; and conducting preventive maintenance.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant findings or concerns to management.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

- Snow Removal

-Boiler certification is a bonus
