Additionally, General Maintenance Worker may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Valid Texas commercial driver's license (Class C)
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to communicate effectively (verbally)
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repair procedures
Ability to work independently
Experience:
Five years' experience in general building maintenance
