Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing machinery, equipment, and systems; troubleshooting issues; and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Fabricate and weld components as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other maintenance staff.
- Conduct facilities maintenance, including repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other building components.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.

Requirements:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Strong supervisory skills to effectively lead a team of maintenance staff.
- Demonstrated ability to fabricate and weld components.
- Knowledge of logic controllers and mechanical systems.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.99 - $20.00 per hour
