We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and ensuring the front desk is kept organized and tidy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors/ checking in and checking out customers and provide them with a warm welcome.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office.
• Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
• Maintain records of visitors and ensure that all paperwork is properly filled out and filed away.
• Assist with other office duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
