    As a Residential & Commercial Glass Repair & Restoration Specialist, you will assess, repair, and restore glass surfaces, ensuring they meet safety standards and aesthetic requirements. This role involves working with various types of glass, such as windows and shower glass doors, and employing specialized techniques to address damages or imperfections. You will work in diverse settings, including residential and commercial environments.

    This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently.

    Inspection and Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of damaged or deteriorating glass surfaces. Identify the nature and extent of the damage, considering factors like cracks, scratches, chips, and stains.

    Glass Repair Techniques: Utilize a variety of specialized tools and equipment for repairing different types of glass. For windshield repairs, you would be filling cracks, fixing chips and restoring the overall integrity of the glass.

    Apply resin to ensure a strong and durable repair. Employ cutting-edge techniques such as resin injection, and scratch removal to restore damaged areas.

    Glass Restoration Services: Execute restoration processes to enhance the appearance and functionality of glass surfaces. Apply polishing, and other treatments to improve clarity, transparency, and overall condition.

    Safety and Compliance: Stay informed about advancements in windshield repair technology and industry best practices. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to minimize risks during repair and restoration processes. Ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow established safety guidelines.

    Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the nature of the damage, recommended repairs/restorative efforts, and associated costs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and answering inquiries professionally and courteously.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assessments, repairs, and restoration activities from the inception of the job, to putting the invoice on the timesheet.

    Quality Assurance: Conduct post-repair inspections to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the glass repair. Address any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Continuous Learning: Stay informed about advancements in glass repair and restoration technologies. Attend training sessions or workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

    Qualifications and Skills:
