Window cleaning Technician

We are preparing for our busiest season and we are looking for a window cleaners to join our team. We are looking for a clean cut, self motivated, hard working individual that pays close attention to detail and will double check their work. We clean windows for commercial and residential customers including retail and office buildings from 1 to 3 stories.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license

Must be able to be covered under our insurance

Clean driving record

Must be able to pass a background check

Able to lift 50-60 lbs

Able to kneel, reach, climb and balance

High school diploma or GED

Follow instructions

Strong work ethic

Great attitude

Not afraid of heights 

Be a team player and work well with others

Ability to work from a ladder

Provide excellent customer service

Be responsible for tools and equipment assigned to you

Able to problem solve on site

Intro To “A Pane in The Glass Window Cleaning”

We are a window cleaning company based out of Spokane and Idaho areas in company provided vehicles. We rarely work on the weekends and evenings but they do come across every now and then.

Compensation:

You will be given a month of training at $14 per hour, after that you will receive performance based wages.
