Glazier installs glass in windows, skylights, store fronts, and display cases, or on surfaces such as building fronts, interior walls, ceilings, and tabletops. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Glazier may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Glazier relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Arrow Glass Industries, a residential, multi-family, commercial glass company is looking for a candidate to join the team! We are looking to hire an Installer to install in both residential and commercial units.
· Glass Cutting on-site and in shop
· Metal fabrication on-site
· Mirror installations
· Glass installations – Shower glass, cabinet & shelf glass, window replacement, tabletops, glass doors. Residential and commercial.
· Precisely measure for glass & mirror products (to be fabricated at our facility)
· Measure single and double pane windows
· Replacement window installations
· Install vinyl beading and glaze window with silicone
· Repair/replacement service, as needed
· Valid driver’s license a plus
· Glass experienced a plus
Education Required: High School Diploma/GED
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
This job requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required such as walking, standing, stooping, and climbing.
Pay range will be Based on Experience.
Full – time with benefits.
Must pass background check & drug test.
