The Training Director will need to know and understand all aspects of the restaurant; is responsible to train all newly hired team members; maintain the continued training of all current team members; oversee a group of Certified Trainers; complete all required administrative paperwork; and recruit, interview and hire new team members. The Training Director will prepare for orientation and food safety classes for new team members, create training plans for in restaurant training, order uniforms, track each team member’s training, check in with Certified Trainers, and evaluate team members performance of positions.
