* Represent all GSA fleet cars in an auction setting once a month
(Fleet)
· Outside Sale task- set up transport for GSA cars, condition reports, get vehicles sale ready by completing all damages and details, take pictures of detailed vehicles, give run numbers.
Inside Sale task- create flyer, create cover sheet, create sale catalog, get 97’s (titles ready)
(Marshalling)
· Accept new vehicles upon arrival, log into system, assign to new customer
· Contact customer to schedule pick up, and accept old vehicle and give new vehicle
About the role: This employer represents all the GSA vehicles and reports back to government employee. GSA fleet cars are open to the public and the sale occurs once a month. This position also handles the marshalling side of GSA. Marshalling GSA vehicles are new vehicles that are exchanged for old vehicles. The old vehicles will then turn into fleet vehicles and be sold.
Responsibilities: Schedule all pick-ups for fleet vehicles and get sale ready
Collect all payment from customers and issues titles
Accept all new marshalling vehicles
Schedule with customer for pick-ups and exchanges
