Dean, Academic Affairs

Are you a positive, energetic, competent, and caring professional looking to join excellent faculty dedicated to
teaching? The Dean of Academic Affairs has oversight for a wide variety of programs and disciplines. This person
is responsible for serving as an advocate for the Division and as a member of the academic leadership team in
implementing decisions to forward the goals and mission of the college.

Our Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who:

• Is a positive, energetic, competent, and caring professional who wants to join excellent faculty dedicated

• Desires to serve students, faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds.

• Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5 years of academic program management experience in higher education
• Experience with teaching at the undergraduate or graduate college level
• Evidence of scholarly work and professional development
• Experience with budgeting, accreditation, strategic planning, and conflict management
  

This Position Is Responsible For:

• Supporting the development of curriculum, scholarship, and service opportunities.
• Leading planning, evaluation, implementation and assessment of academic and co-curricular programs
