JOB DETAIL:

We are looking for an Assistant who can take on progressive responsibilities as they learn the business.

• Type up quotes in Netsuite .
• Placing Purchase Orders
• Convert Quotes to Sales Orders
• Processing work orders verifying mechanic's part list on each job.
• Resolves any discrepancies via investigative methods.
• Assists in Price Changes (Price Book CSV) and audits for compliance.
• Maintains business files and records according to company standards.
• Processing paperwork.
• Validates Sales and Customer account information and reconciles discrepancies.
• Assists in HR / Accounting administration as needed.
• Assists with Social Media and Sales Marketing as needed
• Other Administrative support as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required, (unless notated)

• Proficiency with MS Office suite and ability to learn new software as needed.
• Experience using Netsuite (Prefered)
• Experience using spreadsheets (Required)
• Experience with Online Sales and Physical Store Sales (Preferred)
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to calculate figures.
• Reliable, Dependable and Professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
