The Director of Business Development -Oversees development of new business opportunities, and manages customer, consultant, and end-user relationships. Directs sales and estimating teams on proposal and relationship development.
As a Director and as a member of the company's sales team you have the opportunity to build their kingdom and department. You will be responsible for managing and developing new accounts for control systems in the W&D industry. The successful candidate possesses the innate ability to uncover new customers meet with business decision-makers, develop relationships, and ensure our client is on the bidder's list. This would include being the sole source in negotiating turnkey control systems and services for W&D clients.
You would be responsible for all sales, estimating, marketing, and negotiating new business in projects and service offerings. Work with the President on new business offerings, and new markets, either within or adjacent to the W&D market. Lead the expansion within this market, hiring direct report sales executives as we grow. The potential in this market is huge therefore our company is open to where this individual wants to take us.
