Being a Government Sales Manager evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department's sales volume. May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Additionally, Government Sales Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to sales team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to head of a unit/department. The Government Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. We are hiring a Senior Manager, Government Relations in the Southeast, to join Lime’s global policy and communications team. In this role, you will make an impact by helping us advance micro-mobility, grow our fleet size across multiple vehicle types, and enter new markets across the region.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in building partnerships with community and government stakeholders, and communicating the values of our service to regulators, the media and other key constituencies. You will also be comfortable working in an environment with evolving goals and have an aptitude to overcome obstacles as they arise and ambition to get things done.
The preferred location for this position is the South East Region, US.
\nThe anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $131,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
