Anduril is seeking a Government Rates Manager to join our dynamic, growing finance team located at our headquarters office in Costa Mesa. The Government Rates Manager will
coordinate and oversee a team to develop and monitor indirect rates related to government contracts. This position will play a vital role in reviewing the development of government
submissions such as provisional billing, final overhead, and forward pricing rates that are compliant with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Account Standards
(CAS). We’re looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, as this employee be leading and collaborating with many internal teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and monitoring of annual provisional billing rates for government approval.
• Manage a team to accurately calculate of allowable final overhead costs via the development of annual incurred cost submission(s).
• Assist in the review of all expenses associated with projects and determine if they are reasonable in nature and follow FAR and CAS requirements.
• Play an active role in government audits and maintain accountability records.
• Prepare a variety of reports relative to unallowable and allowable spend.

Here’s Who You Are:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
• 5 year(s) of government accounting experience
• Experience in leading a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, queries/macros, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with financial accounting systems (Oracle, NetSuite)
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• US person status
