Customer Service Representative/ Returns Specialist
O’Rourke Sales Company has an opportunity for a Returns Specialist to join our Returns Team at our Davenport, IA Location. We are an established national distributor offering numerous lines of consumer electronics and standard to high-end appliances. Our operation spans from the East Coast to the West Coast with six branch operations.

Job Type: Full-time, Office Environment, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage external and internal email accounts
· Generate and track claims within an internal software portal
· Communicate with internal departments relating to returned / defective products
· Evaluate returned items and place in proper inventory
· File claims with carriers when goods are damaged or lost
· File for return authorizations to vendors
· Coordinate with internal and external teams to return shipments to vendors
· Track return shipments and coordinate with accounting ensuring credits are received
· Set daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to manage claim progress
· Update sales staff with progress and disposition of claims
· Other duties as assigned, may vary
