Compensation :
You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 19% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals.
The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. You will receive 8 Weeks of onboarding pay $6,000 commission, and bonus opportunities.
