Additionally, Grader, Bulldozer, and Scraper Operator is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Responsibilities
- Required to set up and run plastic and rubber molding machines, mixer, and pulverizers
- Operator must be able to visually inspect for color and imperfections and make changes as required.
- Must be able to perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Operators will work on an elevated demolding platform requiring good balance and a non-apprehension towards height.
- Operators will mix resin and cut rubber requiring accurate measurement of pounds and grams.
- Uses a variety of hand tools such as pneumatic wrenches and small trimming tools.
- Must be safety conscious and be familiar with safety precautions for handling different chemicals.
- Works from supervisor's written or verbal instructions.
- Must understand all labor reporting methods and how to use the computer.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 80 pounds.
- Handle potential hot and humid conditions.
- Regular standing, walking, climbing, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting
