- Machine Operator The Essity Manufacturing Professional Hygiene North America Converting Team is currently searching for Converting Operators. This role will be based out of our Harrodsburg, KY facility. The Converting Operator is responsible for operating a production line for Towel or Tissue products. Manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures. As member of the converting team, the skilled operator will be responsible for the performance, safety and quality aspects of their work area. What You Will Do Work within Essity safety standards with an emphasis on keeping coworkers and yourself safe in everything you do Run the machine and monitor the process.
