Effectively utilizes lines of authority and lines of communication as depicted on organizational chart. • Assists and supports supervisors and Orthopedics Service Line Supervisor in achieving departmental goals.• Collaborates with ancillary departments to achieve care goals. Masters in Nursing or health related field preferred.• CPR mandatory Experience:• Three to five years’ experience management or staff nurse in which administrative and supervisory ability has been demonstrated is preferred.Management Skills:• Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.
