Monitors grantee management and disbursement of funds and reviews grantee programs for compliance with the terms of grants. Being a Grants Administrator prepares and submits financial reporting and performs accounting tasks related to managing grant funding received. Tracks and reconciles grant account budgets and expenses. Additionally, Grants Administrator submits any additional information or documentation required by the grant funder. Follows grant accounting best practices and complies with legal regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Grants Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. We are looking for a talented FIELD SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team specializing in service for our Sales and Service department in Elko, NV.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
Identify customer’s needs, gathers pertinent information, provides quotes, develops claims, prepares repair plans and provides status updates to customers on repair work.
Create complex work orders including diagnostic plans, quotes and repair plans by determining the length of repair based on parts and labor availability;
Review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty.
Complete required training on a timely basis.
Adhere to all our relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their supervisor.
