Nursery Worker

Duties:
- Assist with the planting, cultivation, and maintenance of nursery plants
- Water and fertilize plants according to established schedules
- Prune and trim plants to promote healthy growth
- Monitor plants for signs of pests or diseases and take appropriate action
- Transplant seedlings into larger containers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist customers with plant selection and provide basic gardening advice

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a nursery or gardening setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of plant care techniques and basic horticulture principles is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
