We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team onsite at our Corporate Office in Delray Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining various weekly/monthly reports for distribution (including internet sales reporting, service offers, etc.)
• Assisting in organizing and processing advertising invoices (for third-party vendors, media, production, etc.)
• Maintaining and updating account information on rep management sites
• Assist with general administrative tasks
• Providing assistance with Google Business Profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Highly organized
• Proficient in excel
• Attention to detail is a must
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently
