Responsibilities:

• Set up and organize inventory systems within our retail chains.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Manage and maintain inventory records, including entering data into computer systems and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained and stockouts are minimized.
• Travel between retail stores within the district to perform inventory-related tasks.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate shipments and manage stock flow.
• Implement and improve inventory management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inventory management or related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computer software and programs, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to adapt to new inventory management systems and technologies.
• Flexibility to travel between retail locations within the district.
• Comfortable working within a warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
