Be part of an innovative and fun-loving design team working on a variety of current architectural project types of all scales. We currently offer a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in the office, and 2-3 days working from home in addition to half-day on Fridays.
A DESIGNER is responsible for developing conceptual design options, developing plans that address programmatic requirements, coordinating with consultants, and producing good quality presentation drawings. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering programs required. Exhibits design curiosity and willingness to explore options and translate ideas to concepts. Must be willing to respond to directives and participate in design-focused discussions. Supports client presentations through work product, and presentation skills. Ability to conduct research and solve technical problems related to design. Knowledge of requirements for different stages of design including concepts, schematic design, design development, and construction administration. Contributes to drawing sets at all phases. Performs assignments independently with the ability to influence design. May oversee interns.
