    Your Role:
    As our Assistant Store Manager & Shift Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our store. While you'll have some management responsibilities, your primary focus will be leading by example as a hands-on Shift Lead. You'll be the go-to person during your shifts, ensuring smooth operations, providing guidance to the team, and delivering top-notch unparalleled customer service.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
    • Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Assist the Store Manager in training, coaching, and developing team members.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Motivate team to sell products with enthusiasm.
    • Communicate current and ongoing sales and deals with team.
    • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
    • Contribute to team meetings and participate in decision-making processes.

    What We Looking For:
    • Previous retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role preferred.
    • Must be 21
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Knowledge of I502 industry rules and regulations.
    • Familiarity or working knowledge of the products we carry.
    • Must pass a background check.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
