We are a growing, three-location powersports and equipment dealership that is committed to bringing the outdoors to our customers. We are currently on the lookout for an experienced service writer to round out our awesome service team at our Tomahawk location.

Job duties include:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing equipment at the dealership for service work.
• Provide general support to the Service Manager and Service Technicians.
• Communicate with customers in a timely manner to assure all repairs are done within customer expectations.
• Assist with warranty claims.
• Prepares repair orders for review.
• Documents labor & parts on repair orders.
• Coordinates transportation.
• Applicant qualifications:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organized skills (required)
• Ability to use a computer and current software programs (required)
• Mechanical experience (helpful)
• A positive, helpful friendly attitude is essential.
