We are looking to hire a bilingual service writer to join our Elite Staffing Partners team!

``Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments for vehicle service and repairs
- Provide estimates for service costs and timeframes
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with parts department to order necessary parts for repairs
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service

```Skills```
- Strong cash handling skills
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with vehicle suspension, shocks, struts, and alignment
- Ability to manage auto service operations effectively
- Basic understanding of diesel engine repair is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our auto service department.
