Overview:
Mill Creek Automotive/ Mill Creek Overland is looking to add an enthusiastic, customer focused Service writer to our team! If you love the automotive aftermarket (especially the offroad/ overland space), and want to work in an environment that prioritizes developing relationships with our clients over everything else, this may be the place for you!

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in scheduling service appointments
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
- Provide estimates for repairs and services, ensuring transparency and clarity
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Order parts and coordinate with sub-vendors

Skills:
- Proficiency in sales techniques to effectively sell services
- Knowledge of automotive systems and parts including shocks, struts, suspension, lighting, tires etc.
- Experience in automotive aftermarket parts or service writing is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical information clearly

Pay: $51,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
