Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Work closely with program managers and other relevant staff to gather necessary information for grant applications. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate budgetary information is included in proposals.
Grant Application Submission: Manage the complete grant application process, including the timely submission of applications. Ensure that all required documentation is included and applications comply with funding guidelines.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential funders and grant-making organizations. Attend relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our organization and identify new funding prospects.
Grant Reporting: Coordinate with program managers and finance staff to provide accurate and timely reports to grantors. Ensure compliance with reporting requirements outlined in grant agreements.
Grant Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all grant opportunities, applications, and outcomes. Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of grant applications and awards.
