Service Writer

· Greet and develop relationships with customers through superior customer service

· Develop cost estimates

· Logging issues and diagnostics

· Determining allocation of time per repair through provided resources and developed knowledge.

· Scheduling repairs

· Provide in-depth information about aftermarket and original equipment parts option.

· Calling customers for appointments and when service work is completed.

· Consult with certified technicians in regards to diagnostics and recommended repairs.

· Monitor records in order to ensure scheduling is recommended and handled on-time.

· Provide recommendations and provide detail service interval maintenance for customers.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or greater and stand for long periods of time.

· Prepares repair orders, warranty submission and claims, discount, and preferred vendor orders and supplies.

· Follow all safety protocols as required by facility, EPA, and OSHA guidelines.

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
